Order Cancellation
- Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been processed. Once processing begins, cancellations are not permitted due to the custom nature of our products.
- To cancel an eligible order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your order qualifies for cancellation.

Eligibility for Replacements
Replacements are available only in cases where:- The product received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The product does not match the description or specifications provided at the time of purchase.
- To qualify for a replacement, customers must provide a video recording that starts before opening the product packaging, clearly showing any defects or incorrect items.

Requesting a Replacement
- To request a replacement, contact our support team within 2 days of receiving your order. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase and the required video evidence of any defects or incorrect items.

Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Items
- Orders that have already begun processing, packaging, or shipping are non-cancellable.
- Replacements are not available for items damaged due to misuse, handling errors, or general wear and tear.
- Monetary refunds are not provided. If a product qualifies, Joy 3D Studio will replace the item.

If a replacement is approved, any associated shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Joy 3D Studio. -
